All three of these websites currently run on an old server that is past its security expiration. The software underneath (PHP 8.1) stopped receiving security patches in December 2025, and two of the three are WordPress sites that need constant updating to stay safe. This report summarizes the condition of each site, the security risks, and what we recommend. None of the changes below affect your domains or email — only where the websites are hosted.

What's good

  • SEO basics are solid: page titles, descriptions, sitemap, robots.txt, and structured data all present
  • AI-search file (llms.txt) already in place
  • Page loads with no errors

Problems

  • CriticalRuns "Slider Revolution" — one of the most-hacked WordPress plugins in the world (long history of break-ins). Version is outdated.
  • WarningMobile speed score 67 / 100 (Google's passing line is 70). Main image takes 5.9 seconds to appear on mobile — Google rates anything over 4 seconds as "poor."
  • WarningTwo separate Google Analytics tools installed at once (old + new) — wastes load time and can double-count visitors.
  • WarningSome images are pulled from a different website (copierleasecenter.com) — a fragile dependency that breaks if that site changes.
Bottom line: Functional, but the outdated slider plugin is a real security hole and the page is slow on phones. Rebuilding as a fast static site removes both problems.

Problems

  • WarningMobile speed score 66 / 100. Main image takes 5.8 seconds on mobile (Google rates over 4 seconds "poor").
  • WarningSeveral images load twice via a redirect (non-www to www), wasting time.
  • WarningStill WordPress on the end-of-life server — ongoing security patching required.
Bottom line: Good content and SEO, but slow on mobile and the tracking is silently failing. A rebuild keeps the SEO strengths while fixing speed and removing the WordPress security burden.

Old version still live

What's good

  • A modern, fast replacement version has already been built and is staged on the new server

Problems

  • CriticalThe version the public still sees is the old WordPress site on the end-of-life server (PHP 8.1, no security patches).
